Future Energy Credit Returns
I am owed £259.19 from overpayments to Future Energy. I changed energy supplier before they folded. I have been told that the Green Star Energy, who took over the FE accounts will fulfill this. Has anyone in a similar situation had monies replayed yet?
Many thanks

It will take time. I was faced with a similar situation when GBEnergy went bust. It took about 3 months to get my credit back. The new supplier will be focusing on current customers before it looks at other issues. They also have to agree with Ofgem a sum of money to cover the repayment of credits via the Consumer Levy. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
