No your lots of help ta.

The mortgage has just been fixed recently, so that one is to stay although its alot less than what it was going to be.
Will add the food in at the end of the month when I can see exactly what I am spending, currently about £100. With the petrol, I think I may add £50 but this will prob carry over alot as I work from home.
Sky will defo go if it still looks negative after Ive added in the tax credits, this is pending as Im waiting for them to re tell me what I am getting, the childcare is a new thing so depending on what tax creds say I will either keep or stop. It is however keeping both of us sane at the mo.
School dinners I may look into, but they feed her so well with it!

    Hi roxy :)

Are your figures looking better now? Hope you're breaking even at least! Your IVA payment is HUGE isn't it?

Look forward to seeing your SOA and seeing how things are you for now :)
You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that :p

Hi Roxy, Just keep taking those baby steps and the debts will start to come down. It does get tiring, thinking all the time about how much x,y and z cost but think how much money you will have at the end of it. Have a good day.

Hello, my IVA is a huge payment but it was originally set at 420 but as I have had a guarenteed extra income every month they also get a proportio of that pushing it up quite a lot.
    So...now...slightly but only marginally better....

    Incoming
    Work - £1559.37
    DM - £85.00
    CHB - £75.20

    Tax credit – £364.50
    Total - £2084.97

    Outgoings
    IVA - £559.57
    Council Tax - £91.00
    Mortgage - £653.83
    House insurance - £23.84
    Gas - £40.00
    Water - £23.65
    Elec - £40.00
    Tax disc - £10.00
    Axa - 8.95
    Car insurance - £70.19
    Sky - 45.00
    Childcare - £147.00
    TV Licence - £11.00
    School dinners - £38.87
    Petrol - £50.00
    Food - £100.00
    Mobile/internet - £60.00
    Total - £1972.90

£111.07 left over. Ill see how I go for a bit on this as I have some other incomes on the side but are not guarenteed, then will review the Sky situation. Petrol is also an estimate and not always going to be that high.
Only 3 years to go on the IVA sigh but the last two have gone so quickly Im hopeful.
Roll on the earning extra income.....

    Hope everyone is well.

Work went well, managed to do the whole day and then promptly crashed at 5, dont know why Im so tired lately. Have been sorting out my budget a bit more, spreading out the money I dont spend as Im very aware that this time last year I had good savings for xmas and this year I have zilch.
  • Keep your chin up Roxy. I know it's hard but you're not alone. We're all here to try to keep you motivated. Struggled myself today after first day back at work after a break. Shattered now, but once I see those figures coming down again, I know I'll smile again. Just about to search things out to do a mad ebay challenge. Good luck with everything x

Morning Roxy, I am so worried about Christmas. We have nothing put away and I usually have a few presents by now. Also DS2s birthday this month, so will have to get pressies and party organised.
