If it's an index for competitions on MSE by prize/entry type then there isn't one but several other competition sites do have them.

You can change the posts so they are in date order but not sort by prize or entry type

No, just various ways to change the display order of what is posted.
For competitions listed by prize categories/entry methods you would need to use one of the other comping sites.
