FIXED: Teamviewer error (WaitforConnectFailed)

EDIT: Ah -- just got my mate to reboot his PC and it's working again. D'oh.

I've been using Teamviewer for years to fix my friends' PCs. I've just tried to connect to a PC (which appears in my saved connections as "online"), but I get this error message:

No connection to partner!

Partner did not connect to router.

Error Code: WaitforConnectFailed.

I tried disabling the Windows firewall (I don't use other firewall software), but still got the same message.

I saw a few forum posts suggesting that this might be caused by Teamviewer's servers being down. Is that the case? Is everyone having this problem?
