House Price Advice for 1st Time Buyer

Hi everyone,
Just wondered if I could have some advice on the price of this house and if people think I'd be justified in offering a lower price?
I can't post links as I'm new but if you type in the Right Move website then 'property-for-sale/property-71630159' then '.html' it should come up. (3 bed end terraced house in Nottingham).
Also anyone with experience in home renovations able to put a rough idea of cost of doing up this house? I know it can vary widely but interested in peoples thoughts!
I've not viewed the house yet but I'm booked in to view tomorrow afternoon.
Thanks in advance,
Kimberley.

Hello,
I saw the property and its in Stapleford. The property looks ok for GBP 125K. That said, the area looks a bit dodgy. Other properties in Nottingham seems much better but a bit more expensive. Just speak to the Agent who has posted the property and do not decide until you see the place. Go with your gut feel.0 -

Renovation depends of the condition of roof, electricity cables, plumbing etc. Depends how much you pay for work or you Diy. If you buy the cheapest materials...
This property requires lots of work from my point of view but there is some good schools around.
If you don't have experience in renovating be ready for lots of headache and money going there.
When it comes to the offer, go low. Is a rule when it comes to properties in bad state of repair.0 -
WAY overpriced.0

Crashy will always say it's overpriced so his advice is valueless.
It may well be overpriced, but I would wait for someone without an agenda to tell you that.
I have to say that it's a house even I would baulk at and we've usually bought houses that others wouldn't. Perhaps I'm just getting old.0
