Dear users,
My Car Insurance has recently ended with "Quick-Sure". I joined them with 2 years' No Claims Bonus.
Quick sure has now only provided 1 year No Claims Bonus (Instead of 3 years).
How do I submit my 3 years' NCB to my new insurer??
2 year (from 2017) and 1 year from Quick Sure?
Or DO I have to contact to Quick Sure to provide 3 years NCB?
Can someone please help?
Many thanks in advance.

Did you provide proof of your 2 years?0

Yes you need to contact them, you may not have provided proof of your no claims. If thats the case you now have 2yrs no claims and a 1yr no claims, you cannot add them together.
Use one or the other.
Although it maybe just a mixup and you really do have 3 years? You need to speak to them.
Was it insured for the full year and not cancelled early? Any claims even glass claims?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Thank you for your replies.
I provided them 2 years NCB (I can still see it on the "Documents" folders)
It has not cancelled yearly. (full year from 25.02.2017- 24.02.2018) and I have not made any claims either.
The company is called "Quick-sure", who is no longer insuring cars.
I found out there is no number to call to them either/
I am writing to them now.
Thank you so much0 -

2 years of insurance or 1 year accelerated and 1 full year? Its the only reason I can see excluding a clerical error.
If you have 3 then get on them. You are getting into a healthy NCD area and need to keep it.0 -
