Hello All
I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. I have a pre-payment meter for gas and electric. I have always purchased credit on a key and card from my local shop. Recently this shop have refused to allow people to purchase gas and electric by cash or card unless you spend a minimum of £3 on goods from their shop. Are they within their rights to do this.
Thank you for your help,
Angeline Axton.

PayPoint have upped their charges so a lot of retailers are ditching it as it makes no money for them. Maybe this shop thinks this is the only way it can afford to operate the service. Be careful what you wish for.0
