Ticket Bis - Second hand football tickets

I bought 2 football tickets on Ticket Bis for £382.22. When they arrived it was printed on the ticket that they cost £40 each. Surely this isn’t legal? I’ve contacted Ticket Bis and they said they are just providing a safe platform between buyers and sellers and don’t get involved in pricing. I would’ve thought they monitor the prices sellers set so people don’t get ripped off?

If they were advertised on the site at £40 each, and they charged you £380 then that isn't legal. But if you knew you were paying £380 before you paid then you accepted the price as one you were willing to pay.0

More fool you for paying £380 for 2 tickets.
Which game have you ever been to where the tickets are printed at £185 a piece? Don't be surprised that they come to you with £40 printed on them when you're using such silly websites to buy them through.0
