Hive 2 - how do I schedule 3 heating settings ???

Hi All,

I have inherited a Hive 2 thermostat. (I've decided not to pay out £80 for a new hub just so i can use the app as is £80 really worth it ?).
Anyway, my issue is that i need to set up three heating time schedules a day but it only allows me to have two. For example what i would like is: 12.30am to 2am, 9am-11am and 6pm to 8pm. I have three settings for the hot water schedule so I'm assuming I should be able to have three for the heating as well.
I've 'started over' and re-set all the times but i can't fathom out how to add a third time period for the heating ? I've contacted the Hive people and read Hive manuals but am still stuck - they say you can actually have up to 6 time settings but they don't go into detail about how you add them.

Many thanks.
