Hello
I would like copy of my house "Title Deed" from Land registry.
( just FYI, if related, I have mortgage on the property)
The only thing I found on landregistry website is that it is £3 and have to be downloaded only.
Do I have option to choose hard copy by post instead of downloading during purchase process??
Regards

I did not find one but managed to send them an email from their site.

I assume you know that the LR will simply print off what you can download and send it to you - so it's the same as getting it online
To apply by post, you need to complete Form OC1 here and pay the relevant feeWarning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac0 -

You are right
the fee is £6 for paper one. and £3 online
I guess I will just print it out on a nice thick paper,as you said that would the same thing.
£3 is better than £6.

^ "£3 is better that £6."

Um. I download Official Copies all the time. they are £3 on line or £6 in the post, you can also ring them and they will send them for £6. You can make it cheaper by declining a plan (do you really need to know your boundaries though, that might be worth getting the plan for)
However to be honest they give little information you might be better to borrow your actual deeds from your mortgage company to look something up. they usually require your solicitor to ask for them but ring them and find out.End of 2010 I was £8,007.66 in debt
Today's total: £7,297.06

And you can save the files (PDFs) to your PC so you have them "permanently".Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac0 -
I have ordered it today. everything went well until I clicked on "Title Register" to download the PDF. it did not work. (I was using FireFox)
I have ordered it again this time via Internet Explorer and I wan managed to save PDF file to my PC.
It was good, they only charge you £3 if you manage to view/download the pdf file.0
