Areas I was referring to being able to just about afford were typically Zone 4.
The problem is though that these are the areas where a lot of other people can just afford also, so these areas have increased in price a great deal.0 -
80sqm is about the average UK property size
45sqm would be a 1 bedroom flat
And your quoted price of £105k for 45sqm is actually more than my quoted £2k/sqm
That 45sqm is for a 2 bed house. It's small but It'd do. Costs a bit more than £2k/sqm.
I could probably find smaller if I tried.0
