You certainly are with House Network. There is a part when you login that says you can obtain a conveyancing quote but when we sold previously before it fell through we just used our local solicitor. The conveyancing quote was similar priced but we preferred to keep it local.0

Many thanks for all the replies, just a quick follow up, surely buyers and sellers are free to choose their own conveyancers, aren't they?
From what I read when my hubby was having awful problems with ezie conveyancing, purple bricks give you some kind of financial incentive if you agree to use their conveyancer's. He just went along with what his ex wanted so never really knew that was what they'd entered into and I didn't feel I should be involved.0
