Liebherr freezer - malfunction

Hi all,
We have a Liebherr freezer (SIGN3556 / 7086548-00)and have only had it for 2 to 3 months.
It has decided to stop working.
The display screen just flashes with two horizontal lines and the alarm icon shows. This means that the temperature is above freezing.
We're not entirely sure what caused this and can see no signs of anything that would indicate a problem (no frost etc...)
Any ideas?

Is it not under warranty?0 -
Warranty or not, its 2 months old so if it breaks down for no reason, I believe that it means I'd be entitled to an exchange / refund.
In any case, we did what we should have done the first time - turn it off by the mains, leave it a while and turn it back on and it seemed to have done the trick.
Wife is gonna call them today to see what may have caused it. We still see no reason why it should have happened and we lost some food (not a lot thankfully).Current Debt (excluding mortgage) - £7,020
