Help with parking fine from HORIZON PARKING

Hi there,
I have read the sticky post however I am struggling to understand what my best option is at this point.
I have now received my second letter from DRP about a parking charge I received from Horizon Parking Ltd. on the 27/09/2017 in a Sainsburys' car park stating a reduced fine offer of £127.50 down from £150. It has gone past the date at which I can respond to this offer (22/02/2018) and the letter advises that they will be going back to the issuer so they can consider court action.
I understand not to reply to DRP as they cannot initiate court action themselves however is there any action I can take at this point to contest the charge? I was never issued a Notice to Keeper letter and my first awareness of the fine was with the first letter DRP sent to me.
Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks!

You are too late to contest the charge.
Wait and see if you get a lbcca or Court correspondence
If that should arrive today then come back for advice on how to defend this at that time
Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving
You need to edit your post to remove details of who was driving0 -
I was worried this is the case.
Any idea how likely it is that they will respond?
Is there any possibility of contacting the issuer directly with my concern that I was never issued a notice of the charge in the first place?0 -

YES YOU IGNORE DRP. POINTLESS LOW LIFE.
They are scammers and nobody pays scammers.
They said it " they will go back to the issuer" ... that's all
DRP can do so you can see not to waste any more
time with them
Are you at any time a customer of Sainsburys ???
If so, complain to the CEO of Sainsbury's to get this cancelled0 -

I was not a customer no.0 -
Beamer is suggesting you go in to Sainsbury's and make yourself a 'loyal customer'. The complain to CEO anyway....0

I have not no
OK, no problem
So, ignore the DRP rubbish and its now a waiting game
to see what Horizon will do
If they issue a court claim, simply come back here
for all the help you need
Get up to speed about Horizon. Their chosen legal is the
highly incompetent Gladstones Solicitors

Tesco's use Horizon as well, so is this a money making scam
by these two supermarkets a way to make money given what
they lose to Aldi and Lidl ?????0 -
You could complain by email to Horizon that you got no NTK. Do a Google image search for a fairly recent Horizon NTK and look on the back view, for the email addy.however is there any action I can take at this point to contest the charge?
This is nothing to worry about, but please don't use/abuse supermarket car parks when not a patron. We don't support rogue parking but we certainly will help you fight the PCN because the rip-off industry is worse. Learn your lesson, don't park like that again.
But do not pay, try an email to Sainburys HO and to Horizon. Still do NOT pay if that effort fails.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
