Pos fine

Hi. I got a parking fine today from Premier Parking Solutions stating that I had parked over the 'Exceed marked bay area'. On looking I was about 5 inches over the line. But it was so small (about a foot in length and about 2 inches wide) and in a gravelly car park I never seen it.
Should I pay this?
Also it is a rental car.
Many thanks in advance for any advice

Everyone is politely asked to read up on this in the Newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread

Go there now to learn about the game you are now caught up in. Paying particular attention to the section on rented cars.

Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving.

You need to edit your post to remove details of the driver
