Space rent contract question

Hi there,
I'm looking to rent our a room in my beauty salon to someone who'll be providing massage and waxing services to her customers, I'm getting a contract put together, and I was wondering if you could tell me which clause I need to add to the contract so that I and my business won't be held responsible if anything goes wrong between her and her customers. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
EDIT: I'm not talking about an employment contract, it's a salon room/salon chair contract.
EDIT2: I have changed the title as it was totally wrong, my bad.

Consult a lawyer. That's my advice.0

Since you don't appear to be an employer to this individual, are you sure you want an employment contract?Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0

First, as others have pointed out, I don't think this is an employment contract.
Second, you may be better off getting this moved to the Small Businesses board.
Third, once you've got some hopefully useful advice from that board, I'd speak to a solicitor.
Fourth, you may also want to seek advice from whomever provides your professional indemnity insurance. I would have thought they might want to know about this. (There's a thread elsewhere in the forum which touches, indirectly, on insurance cover for cosmetic services)0 -
If you're going to employ her, then I'm pretty sure it becomes your responsibility to ensure she is provided with suitable training to do the treatments as well as health and safety etc. As an employer you wouldn't be able to get out of that responsibility.Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.- Mark TwainArguing with idiots is like playing chess with a pigeon: no matter how good you are at chess, its just going to knock over the pieces and strut around like its victorious.0

I won't be employing her, she's just renting space in my salon to provide services to her own clients, and she'll just pay me rent for the space and a few equipments we have to share.0 -
I did not get the whole "employing her" bit; I thought the contract was purely for the rental of the room.0

A mod has evidently been round and fixed the post title.
