Going back to the OP, would the solicitors involved the first time round not have some record of all this? And did your husband not receive anything in writing after the court case?Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind. They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.0

Hey OP
I know your pain, hope you see my post.
My OH had a little boy when we met, his dad revealed to us one day (when the little boy kept coming out with nasty comments from his Mum about us) that my OH had not believed he was the father of said little boys as the little boys mum was cheating on him and he caught her.
OH went to the CSA who said he could not possible be the father and OH kept away, however when the little boy was born the mother black mailed OH and said if her did a DNA he would never see his son again and promised OH he was his son.
OH trusted her and they got back together until the mother cheated on him again and left him.
The little boy a year before I met my OH came up to his dad(OH) and said my mum told me you didn't believe I was your son little boy was age 6!!!!!!!
Anyway when I was with OH his dad and mum insisted he take a dna test to find out the truth. OH did a peace of mind test to find out with out the little boy being dragged to court. The test showed he was not the father. When OH told the Mum she told the little boy who was 7 she dumped all that on his little shoulders and stopped OH seeing him.
It went to court for 4.5 years! The Mum agreed to DNA testing before it went to court and said little boy would only go to his own doctor, then said the doctor would not do it.
It then went to court and she and little boy agreed again, when it came down to it she didn't do it and then claimed little boy was afraid of the doctors and dentists so counseling was put in place.
Next time DNA was ordered again as mother did not turn up to court.
Did she do the DNA NO WAY and she said in the court waiting room out loud no way me or my son are doing dna!
Magistrates ended the case in her favour as OH could not remember his date of marriage to mother!
We then appealed to high court and took another 2 years were the mother used the little boy as a pawn to avoid it!
She denied ever sleeping with anyone even though she told friends and her health visitor that OH was not the father.
High court judge ended the case as the little boy now does not want dna test a quick mouth swab!!!!!!
OH has tried to kill himself 3 times first time when he found out he was not the father he was devstated!
Mothers like this should not be allowed children. OH always took care of little boy had him for 3 weeks in the summer paid CSA bought little boy anything he wanted they were devoted to each other.
OH never said he would stop seeing little boy she stopped him and told little boy age 7 what happened.
Plus don't forget even when OH was single she told little boy age 6 that his dad didn't believe he was his!2010 wins: 1 Hamper from Plenty, Bourjois lipgloss, Ugg Boots, Links of London bracelet and Antler suitcase :j
