Hi, I am a new in this forum and I reed the newbies but still I am lost. The driver received two tickets day by day from Parkdirectuk. The driver parked on the road which has been private road but did not know about that / no any signs that is private road. The was no any clear signs that is private road or you can't park. Unfortunatelly was a night and the driver couldn!!!8217;t see the double yellow lines.
I don't know if I should appeal or I don't have any chance and I have to pay them ??
I really appreciate for any advice or comments.
The name of the company which issued the tickets was Parkdirectuk. Ltd
Thank you

First of all, edit your post to remove information about who did what. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people.
Please confirm the exact name of the parking company as there are several with similar names.
Then, send the initial appeal template from the NEWBIES thread, exactly as it appears. Never reveal the driver's identity. Do not miss the appeal deadline. After that you need to reread the NEWBIES to research what to do if/when the PPC rejects your initial appeal.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Please change the title of the thread, by editing and 'advanced' edit.
No such company as Parkingdirectuk which will confuse everyone who sees the thread title.
NO-ONE on this forum pay them!! Don't be mugged.I don't know if I should appeal or I don't have any chance and I have to pay them ??
You sound like a victim, and you seem to have missed the top thread on the forum:
