Setting up new profiles on win10 without email

I want to add more user profiles to my PC laptop but I need an email which I don't want to give or create. An admin is already set up so these are additional profiles.
I've tried the add family/child way and 'add someone else' option too. Is there another way or have I missed something?

Go to add a new user, follow the prompts. When you go through it and it asks for a Windows Live account or email etc under the entry box for the details is a clickable text which says you don't have them. It'll ask you if you want to set one up and you skip that step and eventually it'll get to the point where it'll say about creating an offline one. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Do you just want to create a set of local accounts rather than Microsoft accounts?
Microsoft tells you how...0 -
On the Accounts page, switch to the !!!8220;Family & other people!!!8221; tab, and then click the !!!8220;Add someone else to this PC!!!8221; button. In the Microsoft Account window that pops up, you!!!8217;ll be steered toward creating an online Microsoft account. This is how you can create another profile on win 10
I have seen this on a number of posts recently and its getting a pain in the !!!8231
Does anyone know if it's been reported?0 -
