Transferring money from H2B ISA to LISA

Hi,
I am currently transferring all the money from my Halifax H2B ISA to a newly opened Skipton Building Society LISA - about £5800, and closing the old H2B account.
I completed Skipton's online transfer form and printed it out as I need to sign it and send it to them by post to initiate the transfer.
One of the questions on the form wasn't autocompleted when I printed the form out and I don't know what it means , it is:
. Have you subscribed to this ISA in this current tax year? Yes No
If Yes, please enter the amount paid in this tax year:
Does it mean I need to enter the amount of money I put into my Halifax H2B ISA in the 2017/2018 tax year?
Sorry if this is a stupid question - I just don't know the meaning of "subscribed" here.
Thanks.

Yes that's right; 'subscribing' to an ISA, means paying money into it during a given tax year. The amount is how much you have paid in to this ISA during this tax year.0

Thanks - I assumed that's what it meant.0
