B&Q refusing refund

I have a slightly different issue. As I am disabled, I have to order online and unfortunately return online. Goods arrived damaged and I was in three arranged days for pick up. Finally, about 3 months ago a kitchen crew 'manually' picked up the goods. However, since then, and after many phone calls and an email (which they did not reply to), B&Q have not returned me my money. They accept on the phone that the goods are returned, they tell me that they will sort it out, but all these months later, I still do not have my money back. I just tried again and the lady said that she would contact the technical crew; I waited on the line as arranged and she did not come back to me. I have probably spent more money on phoning them than the goods now. Any suggestions, please?0

OP, if you paid by Debit/Credit card online, contact your bank or credit card company. Bank/CC co. should help.0
