Pru Health - Problems

Just wanted to know if anyone has had any probs with Pru Health? I took out the policy purely for the gym membership and have had problem after problem with them and now finally have cancelled the policy and am still having issues with them! :mad:

It's a Cannons gym. When I first signed up, they took the policy amount and also £25 for the gym membership for the forst 4 months! (supposed to just pay policy and then pay the £25 reduced gym membership after 6 months) took me AGES to get my money back with me calling them relentlessly and them never calling me back. Now I want to cancel it, have given them enough notice (well I did when I called them at the beginning of the month and it's taken so long for them to get back to me) and have said because I have encountered so many problems I just want to terminate the policy. They have told me I need to make one more payment FOR THE GYM! This does not make sense to me and I have told them they need to cancel the DD as I refuse to pay it due to all the probsI have had with them and their unhelpfulness. Where do I stand if I cancel the DD at my bank and they still try and take it?
