I'd be more annoyed that your buyer's solicitor didn't inform your solicitor - nobody should have any great expectations of an EA, but it's a different matter with solicitors.0

Interesting thought because our solicitor was not aware - I called her to tell her. I do wonder if the reasons for pulling out were not honest. It won't change anything but would help to get a better picture of things. Thanks for the above comment.0 -
