Can please someone help me
I have ordered item from Amazon third party saler. On October 2017.
I did not receive the item. And the saler claim it has been delivered and sign with the tracking number with unknown name. I complaint to royal mail. That I did not receive my order how can someone signed. Royal mail tried to looked into it. at the end they said they don't how. The royal mail said, i should claim my good to the saler as I have contract with the saler not with the Royal mail.
I explained the saler and requested to resend or refund me but I am totally been ignored, even though I gave 14 days to repond me after so many requests. Now 2 months gone. Please help me what shall I do. I need my money.

Do you have the tracking info? If so, what does it say (what do you see, not what does the seller tell you he sees)?0

The tracking number says
delivered and signed by Toney.
Which means Royal mail has delivered somewhere else. After that I went to all the flat near by to ask if they have received parcel with my name, one of the flat, a lady who works at the reception, I spoke to and her name was toney, she said that, a parcel was delivered to the concierge but was sent back to the carrier, due to the address not being recognised by the concierge.
I contacted the Royal mail but fail to find out what happened and told me to claim my item from the saler and that the saler should contact the royal mail.
I explained the saler and has not responded to me.
Is not my fault the item has been delivered somewhere else, and no one knows what happen.
I am so tired of contacting the saler and amazon so many times and reaching no where when ever I contact them they say someone will be in touch, but nothing happens. I even asked the manager, he's busy he will contact you. again nothing.
This is so unfair £139.99 for me is lot of money.

It sounds to me like the concierge has received the item and signed for it; if they'd refused to accept it they wouldn't have signed for it.
Assuming the concierge is authorised to receive deliveries on your behalf it is them you will need to pursue, the seller and Royal Mail have delivered the item according to your instructions.0 -
Unfortunately you are outside the timeline for an Amazon A-Z guarantee so you will have to look at how you paid.
Have a read of these articles https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/section75-protect-your-purchases and https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/visa-mastercard-chargeback0 -
But the concierge said she hand it back straight away. The carrier didn't even try to go to my Address, didn't even leave any note to say where they have delivered. I had to go round the flat to look for my parcel. I never asked to be delivered somewhere else.0

[Assuming the concierge is authorised to receive deliveries on your behalf]
I did not authorised this0 -
The credit card I read term and conditions, it's say they don't refund item bought from third party.0

Contact your credit card company yourself.
Don't complicate matters by saying you bought from a "third party". Just tell them you purchased from the Amazon website and the item has not been delivered to you.0 -
It was October that I bought, is it too late to claim? Or can I still claim refund from the credit card company0

But I don't understand why I shouldn't get my money back. I have ordered an item and it has not been delivered to me and I did not sign for it, instead it's been delivered to different address, this is not right.0
