Hi I just bought something online from Curry's to be delivered tomorrow but now realised it won't work with my PS4. I tried calling but they are closed. I will try calling them tomorrow as soon as they open but if it is too late to cancel or even if it isn't too late...how can I make sure I get refunded? Will there be proof that they haven't delivered the item (if I can cancel it before they deliver) or will there be proof that they took the item away (if they deliver and then I arrange for collection)? Thanks.
