Cavendish website issues

I've been trying to start a pension with Cavendish online for the last two days, yesterday evening the webpage wouldn't load at all over a period of several hours and today all is well until I get to the confirmation page after entering all the details when it returns an error message, try again in a few minutes.
Am I just unlucky or is this a common problem? The fees are cheap but I would like a reliable platform.

I have had similar issues and solved it by clearing my cookies etc, I use ccleaner, the free version.

I've tried that, I've also tried 3 different devices and all are giving the same error message.

Site loads fine for me. I've never experienced any problems with them so it might be an issue with your PC

I have issues using Chrome with Cavendish, it doesn't seem to like the security key. Switched to the nasty Microsoft Edge and works fine.

Unfortunately it is not working for me. I've now tried 3 browsers on 2 mobiles, a tablet and a laptop, all giving an error when I press to confirm opening the account. I'm giving up and will try another platform, thanks anyway.
