Scottish Power rocks!

They supplied my old address and then the account was closed, them refunding me the outstanding balance. I thought that was done. In the meantime, they temporarily supplied my new address (wrote about it some time ago) and then stopped. They estimated our usage far above we actually used so firstly I had to remind them what our actual usage was (about a quarter) and then I will be happy to pay for what we actually used. They amended the amount. Their gesture of good will, for various errors, they confirmed they cleared this balance and there is nothing to pay. Everything was supposed to be sorted for good.
But suddenly the reminder e-mails started to come to pay that reduced amount. I thought it was sorted! No. Also, one email came recently that I have had a credit balance on my previous account (the closed one) and they refunded me the difference (exactly that reduced amount I mentioned). Well.. I did not expect that, I thought I was refunded before. But they said it was for the actual usage and that they overestimated my usage on the old address... But then they kept asking the same amount back from my new account (the one that was supposed to be cleared by now). Total mess. But at least they are very polite in their communication and quite prompt. When they will offer a competitive deal next time, I will switch. I was with them for two years previously. Scottish Power, I love you, just please leave me alone for once! LOL
