    You can keep all your existing benefits when you move to a UC full service area as long as you do not try and add to any of the means tested ones you have or try adding HB.

    You say your existing area is not yet full UC service so you can add to your existing benefits or even change to new ones in your area.
  • No, not yet it changes over in May. So if I don't alter anything and don't apply for HB if we move, everything should stay the same? Sorry, just reiterating it for myself. That would be great if the move to UC would cost us £500/ month, the rent is £400 so that would work out better in that scenario.
