Bauer radio money comps needing photo ID

I've been entering their comps for years and only just read the t&c's! I don't drive, and threw out my expired passport a couple of years ago (I know now that you are not supposed to do that!). Is there any point in entering their comps without photo ID, has anyone won one without being asked?

I won with Rock FM about 2 years ago, and was never asked for any ID of any form. They actually sent someone to my house with an envelope full of £20 notes!0

When I won £5000 with Capital they asked for ID.
It all relates back to this case, not sure if you were comping at the time but it was major news in the comping world and changed the rules for many radio comps.

I won £2000 with Radio City last September. We had to collect the cash from the Radio City Tower in Liverpool, and weren't asked for official ID.0

I won previously and went to pick the money up, I had to take photo ID with me. I think it's standard to ask for it with this type of cash radio comp

Well done on your win

I must admit I've hated the last 6 months of not entering Bauer radio comps, it's up at the beginning of March thank goodness
