Faulty phone repair question

Hello,
I dropped my phone (out of warranty) and the screen broke (not cracked).
I then sent it off to a company to be repaired.
They repaired it and sent it back.
Within a few days, the screen started to flicker.
I then sent it back to them (they offer a 12 month RTB warranty) at my own expense - as that is what they asked me to do. They received it, repaired the problem.
They are now asking for £15+VAT to get the phone returned to me - otherwise, from reading their terms (which doesn't talk about returning a device fixed within their warranty period) if I don't pay, they will auction my phone.
From a legal perspective, should they be asking me to pay for returning the phone back to me (that was caused by them not fixing the phone properly the first place)? Or is it "we have your £200 phone - so you have no choice if you want it back"?
If I pay, is there any way to recover the amount paid - for example chargeback?
TIA

Just to let you know the repair company was NOT the company I bought the phone from.0
