Rather than advice on the internet, with completely unprovable figures quoted as 'facts', you need specialist advice from someone well-versed in personal injury claims. This is exactly the time to speak to a lawyer, and is why no-win-no-fee schemes came about. Perhaps ask on a local facebook group for recommendations of companies to contact.

We've had previous experience of physio referrals in our area so I am fairly sure we would not have been referred within a week. My wife did go to the GP, and he did advise that physio was the way forward.
