New Homes Ombudsman

Is there a new homes ombudsman similar to the FSA ombudsman as I don't know where to look. I've tried the NHBC but that seems to be a waste of time for the complaint I currently have with the house builder. Thanks all.

Your builder will either have a nhbc or a labh Warrenty for faults. Unfortunately there is lots of bad press on these not being worth the paper they're written on (thou I'd hazard a lot of issues are simply the misery of living on a building site & cracking, new homes crac, they do)
The site I lived on (yes it was miserable & crack-ey) the site managers were great & just sent lads round to do odd bits, they like a bit of banter & were okay if you didn't get to grumpy with them lol!
Https://hoa.co.uk/advice have some helpful guides,
have you looked through the developers website for their complaints flow? Ask the sales or tele agents for a copy if not online & make sure you follow it, it should give you info on who they're ombudsman is, if any, good luck0
