Can my son claim JSA
TIGs
My son has been working as an apprentice for the last 7 months.
He has gone to work today and they have ended his contract. The reason because he has failed an exam 3 times (Last one was yesterday by 2 marks) they gave him no warning, he even worked this morning before they called him into the office at 2 and told him his contract has been cancelled and he might as well go home now.
Will he be able to claim job seekers allowance until he finds other employment.
Thanks
