ESA appeal tomorrow

Options
I have my ESA appeal tomorrow and dreading it! I have read different things online about when I will hear whether I passed or not, does anyone know will I find out there or will they send me a letter? Also what would happen if I don’t go because I’m stressing out about it

In most cases the panel will tell you their decision on the day.

If you don't go, then you won't get the chance to explain and clarify things. If you don't give your verbal evidence the chances of a successful outcome are much reduced.

This is a useful guide (the process for ESA is virtually the same as PIP):

Hope all goes well for you.
Best to go if you possibly can.
You can either get the decision on the day or it can be posted out.
