CIFAS marker question

Hello.
At the end of October 2017 my friend had her Tesco current account closed because they suspected first party fraud and told her they'd be putting a CIFAS Marker 6 on her account.
She made an error (by trusting her now ex boyfriend)
The thing is she was expecting to have her Lloyds and Barclays current accounts closed because of the marker, but nearly 4 months on they are still open and working fine and was approved for a credit card with one of those banks.
My questions are, does it take this long for the CIFAS marker to show?
I believed it would take around 2 months for Barclays and Lloyds to see the marker and tell her they'd be closing her accounts in 60 days.
Have Tesco failed to add the marker or will it happen in the next few months?
She'd made plans to be without a bank account until early 2024 but this is confusing her now.
Does it take more than 4 months for them to apply the marker?

Possibly because a CIFAS check is only performed when opening a new account??"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

For £10, she can confirm what if anything CIFAS hold about her https://www.cifas.org.uk/secure/contentPORT/uploads/documents/Forms/External-Subject%20Access%20Request%20form.pdf0

If she has a CIFAS on the account then more likely they have not carried out a credit check when opening up a credit card account.
I guess the credit card was offered as part of internal score as an existing customer.
Don't apply for any further accounts yet especially with Barclays or Lloyds in case if they do consider a credit/CIFAS check. Obtain your CIFAS file from the link above.0
