Ukpc owner left premises

Hello I’m looking for some help on situation. Today I went into retail park to grab a mc Donald’s and wanted to withdraw some cash first. I parked up ran to top of train station stairs where thencash machine is no further away than 150ft from where my cars parked by the time I got my cash and got back to the car 3-5 mins I had got a parking ticket! Due to leaving the premises. I still went mc Donald’s and got my food along with a receipt marked 10 mins after ticket was issued, and then went home and made an appeal, took a photo of my receipt proving that I was using the leisure park and explained that I had only gone to withdraw some money. How likely am I to have my ticket dropped ? I feel I was targeted especially since their are no visible clear signs stating that if you walk up a flight of stairs to use nearest cash machine that you are at risk of getting a ticket.

Thanks in advance

  • you need to go back and take photos of the signs

UKPC make there income from tickets , not sob stories , your appeal will fail

its obviously to late , never to say "I did" and simply say "the DRIVER ,,, "
  • and please read the newbies thread ! https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822

Oh Dear .... the magic of UKPC again.
Instead of pulling out of their magic hat a cute bunny,
the pull our rubbish ... we do know their stupid tricks
of faking pictures means whatever they say can only
be taken with a pinch of salt and that includes .....
    "leaving the site" ????

How can they prove that ? unless they are using predatory
methods such as their famous fake pictures

Well of course UKPC will reject your appeal, you then
have POPLA (mind you, POPLA has the same scammers
    mindset of UKPC)

Bottom line is that proof is required that you left the site
and with the UKPC trail of deceipt for fakery, wonder how
    they will do that.?????

As The Deep on here righfully says, UKPC are fraudsters

How exactly are they going to show that the 'owner' (let alone the 'driver') left the premises?!

Rhetorical question, no need to reply, this is the same as all the other UKPC cases.
then went home and made an appeal, took a photo of my receipt proving that I was using the leisure park and explained that I had only gone to withdraw some money.
    OMG that was diabolical.

Why did you do that awful appeal today, a knee-jerk weak appeal admitting who parked the car and ADMITTING to leaving the site? Before you came here, eeeekk!!

Don't tell me, you even chose 'driver' in UKPC's drop-down choices...? Why the rush?
How likely am I to have my ticket dropped ?
No chance now. You already blew the appeal. But no-one PAYS!

OMG you've dragged defeat from the jaws of victory by appealing before you came here.

Still, like I said, NO-ONE PAYS. Read the NEWBIES thread and have a go at POPLA when UKPC reject the appeal, you never know, they might not show landowner authority...as long as you do a decent appeal at that time, next month at POPLA stage.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
