Resolver tool success from Vanquis

Just wanted to share that we have just successfully challenged Vanquis credit card for the Repayment Option plan payments. This was sold to us as a way of improving our credit rating & calls it a small charge. However, as we discovered it was actually quite a large amount when the credit card was full meaning that despite keeping up with payments the overall balance was barely reducing. It felt very much like a PPI (though they despute this) Anyway decided to try challenge it so referred to MoneySavingExpert site and came accross the resolver tool. 10 minutes later form completed and only a few weeks later £2700 refunded!!!! Absolutely delighted! :rotfl::j
