Yes there has been a lot of drama and bad things going on. I am not currently looking to replace any skin care items and, therefore, not likely to be ordering, but I thought hard and decided that if I needed anything I would still buy as the workforce still need to pay rent/mortgage/buy food and care for their children and none of this is their fault. Just my own thoughts and no judgement on anyone who has/is boycotting the brands. All very sad after such a promising start.:(:(The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. True and not helped by Brandon shutting all the stores without warning until next year. They will not get paid, as zero hours contracts from Mr.Brandon.0 -

Can I ask which stores are these? All the London stores and from what I understand UK stores are open- the stores that closed were closed for a few days before they were reopened and trading continued online throughout. I wasn't aware any stores had remained closed.0 -

Brandon the owner, unfortunately, died at the weekend.
So no idea what will be happening with this brand? Estee Lauder owns a share of the company.0 -

It was some time ago that they cut him from the company and since then EL has been running things all be it with other shareholders. The company doesn't seem to be going anywhere. (The past owner died a week or or so ago btw- it's not changed anything)

Yes, I know he died the other week but only came out early last week.
Oh, Brandon still owned the majority shares in the company, EL only actually owned 10%. Brandon was ousted because of his mental health issues from running the company but he still owned over 50% of it. Depends on what his will says, he did it seem actually put his will up online a few weeks before he died.
EL if they do get hold of the many brands NIOD, Oridinary etc will as they always do with brands the buy out. Dump down on ingredients, discontinue and change. Ojon now totally disappeared, Bobbi Brown is all about shimmer etc now when Bobbi hated shimmer and metallics.0
