Won pip appeal

I applied for Pip in August 2014. Got decision letter 2015. I had a review dec 2016 lost Pip Apr 2017. They stopped payment. No payment todate and no other benfits. I sent in MR same outcome no points . I appealed decision Tribunal date 2 feb 2018. I won apeal E R both till June 2018. I Still have not received any money from Pip.Can some one please till me if i am entitled to any back pay thanks.

Yes the TS decision will be backdated to the date your PIP payments stopped.
The DWP may take their time in making that back payment, they are likely to say -
1) It may not be paid until they have considered an appeal to the Upper Tribunal, and / or
2) They have a backlog.
