I've agreed to pay RMA Resolve £30.00 per month (initially for a six month period). After this period I guess I will have to contact them to carry on the arrangement or set up a new one?
Do they hassle you after the agreed period to settle the account or will they be happy to continue the arrangement?
Any information on this would be appreciated.
Just wanted to bump this thread to the top again to ask if anyone else here has had to deal with RMA Resolve???????
So far they are acting very friendly & polite!!
They ask for an annual updated Inc and Exp sheet, which Payplan send to them on my behalf. Unlike a lot of my creditors, they have not pushed for an annual increase in the monthly amount offered towards the debt.
I have been paying them the same amount for two and a half years, as my personal circumstances have not changed and I cannot afford to increase the payments.
I hope you have as easy a ride with these guys as I have!
Cheers - Orph.
