Monzo VS Starling - Current Account

Anyone with experience with both Monzo and Starling? I have been using Monzo pre-paid until now and need to choose whether to upgrade to the Current account, or switch to Starling.
Monzo seems to be good so far, however it has £200 monthly limit on international cash withdrawals.
Starling seems to pay 0.5% on balances, plus has no real limit on international cash withdrawals (£300 daily limit as per most banks).
Any views on which is better?

I happily use both. If you only want one, Starling has the advantages that you mention. But why not have both Monzo and Starling - then you have backup, especially when traveling, and the cost is zero.Evolution, not revolution0

Starling has Apple Pay, which makes it a winner for me. Also the new Settle Up feature has higher limits than Monzo.me, used it yesterday with no issues. You should definitely give Starling a try, plus upgrade your Monzo account and then make a decision once you've given them both a try.0

I guess there is no major harm in having both, but was thinking to just have one originally (one less account/one less card to have).
Both seem quite similar in terms of features from what I have read, but keep reading that Starling is quicker on releasing features and Monzo soon follow, however Monzo is more a peoples bank whereas Starling has a more corporate feel to it and less personal. Not sure how much of a difference that makes to be honest.
My main use of the account will most probably be for international cash withdrawals and spend... I am not at the point where I would make it my main current account just yet. For most international spend I use my Lloyds Avios which has no fees plus gives me Avios. I prefer travelling now with no/very little cash from here, and then withdraw when I land using my Monzo pre-paid for now.0
