Offer accepted - is this frowned upon?

I certainly didn't feel guilty, the vendor of the first property for one thing, picked somebody else before us!
Probably because they offered more, just economics and common sense. A seller can't do anything about a buyer pulling out. Wouldn't you go to the next person on the list of people who offered to buy your house?
I didn't even know this goes on. I am currently selling and hope it doesn't happen to me. I had to pull out years ago when I was buying because of issues with the survey (fire safety). Always thought people pulled out because they had genuine reasons. It's good to know.0 -
People usually do pull out for genuine reasons, but these are not always quantifiable.Always thought people pulled out because they had genuine reasons.
There are logical reasons determined by straightforward cognitive processes, but there are also emotional reasons that even the buyer may not have full access to.
Sometimes, things just feel wrong.0
