Can a Community Sports Club resell food / alcohol purchased from a supermarket in the same way that it does for goods bought from a cash and carry?
Assume product labelling is ok
Assume that individual items do not have a set price on them
This is primarily around convenience of location of local supermarket compared to distance to cash and carry.
Bar is fully licensed etc.
Thanks

Assuming there are no rules or agreements associated with the Sports Club as to where they may obtain their goods from, and assuming the local supermarket is willing to sell the club the items in the required quantity, then I don't see why not0
