They only added a small room, not really like an extension.
The houses on the same road are more or less different shapes. A similar shape was sold for 290K in 2009.
But this house requires complete renovation - electric rewiring, central heating, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, etc.
My option 2 is in different area, it's sold for 280k in 2006, now asking 310k. It needs roof replacement and lintel replacement, new bathrooms, flooring.
Option 3 was sold for 157k in 2002, now asking 320k. it's fairly new house, but small plot.0 -
An extension is any extra space added, doesn't have to be large or even a new room.
As houses 1 and 2 need work then the prices asked won't be useful in comparing house price rises.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
