Instead email it as a pdf attachment to the ccbcaq email address - can easily be found.
Your defence must be signed before sending.
Post your Defence here for review if you wish before sending.
Perfect thanks. I knew Id seen it somewhere.
If I have the time to send it via recorded delivery, would that not make things easier. Im thinking about printing, signing, scanning and sending. Is an emailed defence looked better on than a postal defence?
Posted copy of defence above.
I realised working on a defence while getting over some 3 day bug wasn't wise so have been reading, and re-working it today.... after the first food and sleep in 3 days :rotfl:
Thanks again all0 -
Not a good idea to copy directly from Word:Warning: Do not copy and paste content from Word, PDFs etc into your posts
So not only might it upset the formatting, you could find your username banned.
Then you have the hassle signing up again - but with the difficulty of needing a new IP address.
If you don't know what that means, it's probably best avoided.
Wow, so much to read.
I'll go into edit the post and attempt to correct it now0 -

Who signs at a closed central court office, on a Saturday? No-one. It delays it. And you do know RD is not guaranteed delivered, at all?
Email is, once it's gone to the CCBCAQ email then it's there. Some people then phone the CCBC the next day, to check the CCBC have got it safely and can open the defence PDF to print it. Never a problem.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Surely it's only about four pages. Not a massive task is it?
Of course if you have no scanner or printer, then it is a massive task.
It also gives you more time to hone it to perfection.0 -
