I need something that fits in the charger hole on the tablet. The other end is usb that goes into the plug for charging, but its the standard little hole that is for most android phones and tablets. I dont know what it is called.
That would be what i need for the laptop so get one of those too.
Thank you. Sorry i am being a bit vague0 -
I very much doubt the tablet can carry video over micro USB, but you never know, so post the model number and we can check the spec. My old lenovo had a micro HDMI out but my newer Asus didn't, as most newer tablets can cast their screens wirelessly to a smart TV or normal TV with a dongle like a chromecast or fire TV stick.0

so much easier (& less damage to ports) to play wirelessly. as said above you will need a chromecast (£20ish) if your tv is not wireless + google home app"The Holy Writ of Gloucester Rugby Club demands: first, that the forwards shall win the ball; second, that the forwards shall keep the ball; and third, the backs shall buy the beer." - Doug Ibbotson0

The Hudl ran out of charge and I put it on to charge and it never switched back on. My husband was hoping it would die soon cos he wanted a bigger screen tablet. In have taken to my local computer shop to have a look at. Hubby couldn't wait and went out and bought the Lenovo tab 3. He says if Hudl is definitely dead I can get a new tablet too. I liked the Hudl as it fit in my handbag.
It was handy when we went on holiday for us as I could plug it into any TV in hotel with the hdmi cable.0 -

I suppose i just need to find out why the hudl died. I have to confess that it is heavy with apps so hopefully i havent overloaded it. It depends if hudl parts are available.0 -
Good grief! Is that a £15 USB video card?! If it works, that's incredible! Modern technology just blows my mind these days...0
