1. The prize must be claimed before before Monday 1 October 2018 and is subject to availability. At least two weeks’ notice will be required for booking.

2. Return First Class train travel to Newcastle from the winner’s preferred Virgin Trains East Coast station will be provided (travelling on Virgin Trains East Coast services only). Winner's must make provision to make their own way to and from the nearest Virgin Trains East Coast station.

3. The winner must book accommodation in advance and directly with The Royal Statoin Hotel, Newcastle. Bookings for accommodation with The Royal Station Hotel Newcastle will be accepted between the winner's acceptance of the prize in April 2018 and 30 Sept 2018. Reservations are subject to availability. The following exclusions apply: 18-20 May 2018, 8-10 June 2018, 22-23 June 2018, 7-9 September 2018. Further details will be provided with the announcement.

4. Entry is dependent on the correct completion of the entry form.

5. The winner will be the first name drawn at random from all the entries received and drawn.

6. Only one entry allowed per household.

7. Employees of NewcastleGateshead Initiative, their agencies and immediate families are not eligible to enter.
