RBS Revolve account opening

I applied for an RBS Revolve account online on October 1st. The next day, I had a letter from them asking for my signature. I signed and returned it the same day.
Since then, I haven't heard anything from them. I phoned the number on the original letter they sent, chose the relevant option, but then I just got silence, and was cut off!
I have an application reference number - is there somewhere online I can check the status?
