Deferral letter

I had my deferral letter today for this year from SLC. However, it relates to two loans i.e. 97 and 98. It usually refers to my 00 loan but it does not. Upon investigation on the internet the 00 loan was sold in December 2017. I have not received correspondence about this and more worryingly will I receive a deferral letter? Is there a contact number for he new loans company whoever they may be!!
