    I don't normally post on this type of thread but that strikes me as wrong.

    Surely doubled means an increase of 100%, i.e. from 18000 to 36000? Almost doubled would be over 85% - 95%, 33000 - 37000.

    By my count 18000 to 25000 is an increase of just under 39%: significant, yes - but nowhere near 'almost doubled'.
